Shipping Policy

Shipping and Delivery Information
Orders typically require 5-7 business days for processing and shipping. Orders placed after 2:30 PM (WAT) will be processed the next business day. Processing and shipping times may vary during new collection launches, holidays, or peak seasons.

Changing a Shipping Address
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking email at the address provided during checkout. Customers are responsible for monitoring the delivery of their shipment once it has left our warehouse. Delivery times may vary depending on your location within Nigeria.

Failed Delivery
If your package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect shipping address or phone number, it will be returned to Prometheus at the customer’s expense.

Damaged or Opened Box
If your package arrives damaged or appears to have been tampered with, take a photo of the damage before inspecting the contents inside. Please reach out to us at Prometheus.ysi@gmail.com with details.
